  • Full Architectural Measured Survey (or liaison with client appointed Structural Surveyor)

  • General Arrangement drawing package for builders quotes

  • Liaison with client appointed structural engineers and integration of structural plans into technical drawing package

  • Fully specified technical drawing submitted to Building Control

  • Building Regulations compliant working drawing package

Ideal all in one package for time poor client who require full assistance with planning their project.

All included in the Silver Package - including the following:

  • Comprehensive project plan of the whole process

  • Advice on when and where to find appropriate contractors

  • Reviewing of 3rd party quotes & schedules

  • On-site pre-start meeting with contractors

  • Regular updates on schedule as agreed

  • Snagging report
